Back in 1982, Carmine Rositano (better known as Nonno Charlie), opened a small pizza shop in Fairfield. This is where our journey started.
In 1984, Tony went on to establish a successful small business in the heart of Sydney's south west, where with the support of family he served the local community for 25 years.
After a short break, we decided to embark on a new chapter as a family,
experiencing it all with the next generation, to deliver our Traditional pizzas.
